Water Level

This clip is short but very illustrative, as it clearly shows how high the water was on a chainlink fence. If I’m not mistaken, this was taken not far from the airport, still behind the seawall.
This person also shot footage coming into Galveston shortly after Ike on I-45, heading down Seawall Boulevard and stopping at the Flagship Hotel. You can find these below…
