I read about the guys who tried to riding out the storm on the 89th Street Fishing Pier, but this is the first footage I’ve seen of it — and BRAVO, it didn’t come from television!

Apparently this YouTube user weathered the storm on the island. Below is the footage of the second man being rescued along with some shots of the storm passing taken from his condo…
