The opening shot of this second part is particularily amazing, as it shows ones house that is nearly gutted from underneath by the storm surge.

Our family’s property in Jamaica Beach is seen quickly at the 2:49 mark.

This series takes us throughout the village of Jamaica Beach on Galveston’s west end — starting at the State Park on the eastern side of town.
